Tafelmusik engaged top-ranked acoustic and architectural design firms to be our partners for this project:
E.R.A. Architects Inc. led by Edwin Rowse, are specialists in heritage architecture. Projects include the Distillery District, Osgoode Hall, and Sharon Temple.
Internationally acclaimed acoustician Bob Essert of Sound Space Design has overseen the acoustical enhancements. His projects include The Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts and Koerner Hall at the Royal Conservatory, both of which have garnered international recognition for their acoustic excellence.
Theatre consultant Anne Minors is a theatre and concert hall design specialist with many international projects to her credit, including Koerner Hall.
Tafelmusik was pleased to undertake the venue Revitalization Project in cooperation with the wonderful people at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre, who have been our friends for over three decades. In this campaign, they have generously assisted with 50% of the cost of the permanent stage construction and the new sound system.
There are several ways that you can help Tafelmusik during these challenging times.
