All sales are final. Payment is processed upon receipt of order, after which there are no cancellations or refunds. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check your ticket for the correct performance, day of the week, and start time. Program and artists are subject to change without notice, single ticket prices are subject to demand.
Tafelmusik regrets that it cannot accept conditional subscription orders, and all seating requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Unauthorized re-sale of tickets is prohibited, and may result in tickets becoming void without notice. Tafelmusik is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel, and such tickets cannot be honoured.
All ticket prices include HST and venue-specific facility fees. Most online orders for Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre are subject to a $5 service fee.
Tafelmusik is committed to honouring published performance schedules, and all performances will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Tickets not used due to inclement weather cannot be refunded. During inclement weather, please allow for plenty of extra travel time, and consider using public transit.
Subscribers are able to exchange tickets as a benefit of subscribing. The definition of an exchange is into any concert or day that is different from the fixed series originally selected.
Tafelmusik is pleased to offer advance exchanges to subscribers who note these preferences on their order forms, so that the tickets mailed match their preferences. These requests are still subject to the fees and policies as outlined below.
Flex vs. fixed series
If you wish to exchange more than 2 out of 5 concerts, or 4 out of 10 concerts in a fixed series, you will be transferred to a Flex series. Please note that Flex seats are non-renewable, and are seated after the fixed series.
Exclusions and requirements
Exchanges are available for main season concerts only (excludes Messiah, Sing-Along Messiah and Close Encounters). Subscription tickets must be received by the appropriate box office at least two business days prior to the original concert date. Exchanges can only be made for concerts in the same season.

Subscribers will be charged the difference in ticket value (if any) between the tickets held and the tickets for the desired performance. Exchanges made into lower-priced sections or performances will not receive a refund.

As a benefit, subscribers are able to return tickets they will not be able to use and receive a charitable tax receipt. Tickets should be returned to the Tafelmusik Box Office (416-964-6337) or 427 Bloor Street West.

Koerner Hall tickets, including Messiah : Tickets can be reprinted on the day of the concert with valid identification at the Weston Family Box Office, TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning.
Sing-Along Messiah tickets: Contact the Tafelmusik Box Office at (416) 964-6337 as soon as possible for information on how to get a ticket for the concert.
George Weston Recital Hall tickets: Lost tickets may be reprinted at the Toronto Centre for the Arts Box Office up to half an hour after a concert has begun.
Our concerts are recommended for children age 8 and above. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket for the performance. Children 8-15 years of age must be accompanied by and sat next to an adult. Children should be able to sit quietly through the performance. If unable to do so, children and the accompanying adult will be asked to leave the hall. Babes-in-arms will not be admitted without a valid ticket.
Sing-Along Messiah, free and family-specific performances may have different policies. Please check concert pages for details.

We share the air – go scent free — in consideration of those with allergies or sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other scented products.
Flash photography and video recording of any kind, including from a cell phone, is prohibited. Please ensure that your devices are turned off upon entering the hall.
For the safety and comfort of all patrons and performers, latecomers are not permitted to enter the hall or be seated unless there is a suitable break in the performance. Late entry is at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
