YOUR ORDER details
All sales are final. Payment is processed upon receipt of order, after which there are no cancellations or refunds. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check your ticket for the correct performance, day of the week, and start time. Program and artists are subject to change without notice, single ticket prices are subject to change.
Tafelmusik regrets that it cannot accept conditional subscription orders, and all seating requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Unauthorized re-sale of tickets is prohibited, and may result in tickets becoming void without notice. Tafelmusik is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel, and such tickets cannot be honoured.
All ticket prices include HST and single tickets are subject to a $3.00 service fee.
Conditions of sale: Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks incidental to any event for which this ticket was issued, whether occurring before, during, or after such event. Due to the nature of live performances, it is not possible to predict when technical difficulties may occur. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to all seating areas. Tafelmusik reserves the right to refund the purchase price and refuse admission or expel from the premises without refund any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable.
Tafelmusik is committed to honouring published performance schedules, and all performances will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Tickets not used due to inclement weather cannot be refunded. During inclement weather, please allow for plenty of extra travel time, and consider using public transit.

Contact the Tafelmusik Box Office at 1 (833) 964–6337, or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange replacement passes for concerts where hard copy tickets have been issued.
Most of our concerts are recommended for children age 8 and above. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket for live performances at our venues. At these concerts, children 8-15 years of age must be accompanied by and sat next to an adult. Children should be able to sit quietly through the performance. If unable to do so, children and the accompanying adult will be asked to leave the hall. Babes-in-arms will not be admitted to live performances without a valid ticket.
Sing-Along Messiah, free and family-specific performances may have different policies. Please check concert pages for details.
Please ensure that your cell phone and other electronic devices are turned off upon entering the hall.
We share the air – go scent free — in consideration of those with allergies or sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other scented products.
Flash photography and video recording of any kind, including from a cell phone, is prohibited. Please ensure that your devices are turned off upon entering the hall.

For the safety and comfort of all patrons and performers, latecomers are not permitted to enter the hall or be seated unless there is a suitable break in the performance. Late entry is at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
