Please join us for a concert that explores the music of the string orchestra in baroque Italy, with music written in Rome, Bologna, Naples, and Venice 1650-1750, by composers such as Caldara, Corelli, Cazzati, Locatelli, Torelli, Scarlatti, Durante, Leo, and Vivaldi. This concert features the gifted young artists selected to participate in this year's Tafelmusik Winter Institute, a one-week specialized training institute for experienced period players. The remarkable energy and commitment of the TWI Orchestra never fails to impress and delight, and we encourage you to come!
