Everyone is welcome to enjoy music at Trinity-St. Paul's Centre, Jeanne Lamon hall, and as such we want to ensure that all visitors, patrons, and employees have equal accessibility.
At Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre, Jeanne Lamon Hall: Tafelmusik staff and volunteers are committed to making every patron’s concert experience the best it can be. Please contact the Tafelmusik Box Office at 1 (833) 964-6337 to advise us of your needs in advance of attending a performance. The venue is wheelchair-accessible via a ramp on Bloor, and the Box Office has recently been refurbished to include an accessible ticket counter. There is no elevator in the building, but accessible seating is available on the ground floor. A wheelchair-accessible washroom is on the ground floor.
Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre, Jeanne Lamon Hall is wheelchair-accessible via a ramp at our Bloor Street entrance (north side of the building). There is no elevator in the building, but accessible seating is available on the ground floor for patrons with limited mobility and their personal support worker if required (to book this accessible seating, please contact our Box Office at 1 (833) 964-6337. There is a wheelchair-accessible washroom on the ground floor. Trinity-St. Paul’s also owns a wheelchair for use within the building. Staff and/or volunteer ushers are available to assist you when needed; please just inform us and we are happy to help.
SERVICE ANIMALS AND SUPPORT PERSONS
Service animals are welcome in all parts of our premises that are open to the public. Special seating is also available for people with disabilities arriving with a service animal or a personal support worker. Personal support workers are offered complimentary seating at Jeanne Lamon Hall, and up to %50 off at Koerner Hall, Roy Thompson Hall and Meridian Arts Centre. ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
We ask that all visitors and employees be considerate of others who may have allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities and refrain from wearing perfume and cologne, or other scented products.
Staff can accommodate patrons with allergies by switching their seats at the concert. Please inform the staff on duty of your needs in case of a problem.
The following items apply for Tafelmusik concerts. Third party rentals may have their own teams and procedures in place during events at Trinity-St. Pauls Hall.
For patrons who are blind or have vision loss, programme notes can be sent in Word format to those equipped with screen reader software. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Although our services do not include Braille material, one of our volunteers would be happy to assist you by reading any information that would enhance your visit. Please note that all programme material is available approximately two weeks before the concerts in Word format.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES and FIRST AID
Should anyone require assistance, our Front of House Manager is trained in First Aid and CPR. Please notify a staff member immediately upon needing any assistance. Trained professionals from St. John Ambulance are present at most Tafelmusik concerts at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre, Jeanne Lamon Hall, and have training in First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and have access to an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
TRAINING FOR STAFF
Tafelmusik provides training to all front-of-house and box office staff as well as volunteers, including an overview of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the requirements of the customer service standard’s plan.
Basic training may also include:
• Tafelmusik’s plan and policy related to the customer service standard;
• An orientation tour of the venue and available facilities;
• A workshop on identifying and assisting disabled patrons.
Staff is also informed when changes are made to Tafelmusik’s plan and given supplementary training if necessary.
