Sinéad White is based in Toronto where she performs frequently with Tafelmusik Chamber Choir, Toronto Bach Festival, Theatre of Early Music, and Toronto Mendelssohn Singers.

Notable solo performances include the role of Angelica in Handel’s Orlando as part of the Boston Early Music Festival Young Artist Program, Bach’s Easter and Ascension Oratorios with the Toronto Bach Festival, Handel’s Dixit Dominus with the Theatre of Early Music, Buxtehude’s Membra Jesu Nostri with Early Music Vancouver, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with the Kamloops Symphony, and Bach’s Christmas Oratorio with the Okanagan Festival Singers.

Sinéad and lutenist Jonathan Stuchbery form Duo Oriana, a Toronto-based soprano/lute duo. Their album How Like a Golden Dream is being released with Leaf Music in March 2023 and is supported generously by Canada Council for the Arts and FACTOR Canada.

She obtained her Bachelor and Masters’ degrees at McGill University and is currently pursuing a DMA at the University of Toronto.
