After moving to Toronto to study voice and music cognition at the University of Toronto, soprano Meghan Moore became enchanted with singing baroque music, first as a member of the Ontario Youth Choir, conducted by Ivars Taurins in 2000, and then through her participation in the Tafelmusik Baroque Summer Institute. She is delighted to join the Tafelmusik Choir in her 17th full season. She can be heard on the soundtracks of The Tudors and Borgias TV series, and has performed with Soundstreams’ Choir 21, Exultate Chamber Singers, Elora Festival Singers, Arbor Oak Trio, Elmer Iseler Singers, Aradia Ensemble, and St. Thomas’s Anglican Church Choir.
