Revitalization Project

 Tafelmusik has successfully completed an unprecedented campaign to renew Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre and to make it our home for the future.  We  did so in partnership with our long-time friends at Trinity-St. Paul’s Church.

The $3.3 million Revitalization Project was completed in two phases.

PHASE ONE
TRANSFORMING
THE CONCERT EXPERIENCE

COMPLETED IN THE SUMMER OF 2013

PHASE ONE has transformed the concert experience for our audience with:

  • dramatically enhanced acoustics of the performance hall
  • improved comfortable seating
  • a permanent and expanded stage
  • improved the audience sightlines
  • enhanced the interior beauty of the hall.

PHASE TWO
TRANSFORMING
THE PATRON EXPERIENCE 

COMPLETED IN THE SUMMER OF 2014
 
  • beautified the lobby (narthex) spaces, staircase, and upper vestibules
  • enhanced stage lighting, and upgraded our multimedia equipment, installed a fall arrest system
  • structural improvements
  • added significant new accessibility improvements, including a wheelchair/walker ramp with rails into the main doors of the sanctuary and automated door openers 
  • refurbished the Box Office, including accessible ticket counter
  • added flat-screen display system in lobby
  • added permanent coat storage systems in main and upper lobbies

 

FUTURE RESTORATION AND

ENHANCEMENT OF THE OTHER SPACES

Phase Three of the project is being planned. Stay tuned for future information.
