Renovations at Trinity-St. Paul's Centre continues (despite the heat!)
With the orchestra level pews removed, scaffolding has been erected throughout the hall to accommodate painting the ceiling. The inspiration for the paint harkens back to the original design with a fresh face-lift to the space.
In the basement, support beams have been strategically placed throughout the Tafelmusik office and basement in order to accommodate the heavy weight of all the scaffolding in the hall.
Once complete, the new orchestra level chairs will be installed. Unlike the former pews, each chair will have an individually assigned seat number, which means no more need to rush for the aisle seat. The balcony pews will be updated with comfortable ergonomic cushions and will also be individually numbered.
We look forward to welcoming you to our revitalized hall in the fall!
