This year, we invite secondary school string students to join members of the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra for Baroque Education Day on April 29, 2010 at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre. Students will prepare specific repertoire (chosen in advance) with their teachers, and Tafelmusik musicians will visit school orchestra classes and rehearsals to help teachers and students prepare for the day. On April 29th, students will attend a morning concert by members of the Orchestra, sectional rehearsals and workshops, followed by a massed orchestra performance by the students, led by members of the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra.
