GRADUATE STUDIES IN BAROQUE PERFORMANCE AT UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO

For singers and instrumentalists interested in pursuing ongoing studies in baroque performance, the University of Toronto offers several post-graduate programmes. The faculty is made up largely of members of Tafelmusik.

ACP (Advanced Certificate in Performance) is a one-year performance-based programme. It is useful to students wishing to study for only one year, or for students requiring intensive study on period instruments (or voice) in preparation for a Historical Performance graduate programme (for example, students who have completed a degree on a modern instrument who wish to pursue period graduate studies).

MMus in Historical Performance is a two-year Masters programme.

DMA in Historical Performance is a four-year Doctoral programme.
