For the Enjoyment of Audience Members and Performers
- Late Seating: Please note that anyone arriving late for a concert will be seated at an appropriate pause during the perforamnce. This "late call" is determined in advance by the music director or cunductor. (You may wish to plan an early arrival since traffic, weather and parking can all lengthen your arrival time.)
- Re-entering the Concert Hall: People leaving the hall will also be re-admitted at a suitable break that is as non-disruptive to others as possible.
- Cell Phones: Please ensure that your cell phone and other electronic devices are turned off before entering the concert hall, and refrain from using flashlights or reading lamps during performances.
- Scented Products: In consideration of those who may have allergies or other environmental sensitivites, kindly refrain from using perfume, cologne or other scented products.
- Recording Devices: The use of recording devices of any kind, audio or video, is strictly prohibited.
- Babes in Arms: As a courtesy to other audience members, babes in arms will not be admitted in the hall for concerts at Trinity-St. Paul's Centre, George Weston Recital Hall, Koerner Hall, Massey Hall and the Elgin Theatre.
