Bill Carr is Manager of International Relations Policy for Ontario’s Office of International Relations, sits on the Board of Directors of the Great Lakes Commission, and canoes or cycles whenever possible. He is proud to have been a member of Tafelmusik since 1994 and has also performed with such groups as the Exultate Chamber Singers, Opera in Concert, and the Choeur de l’Orchestre de Lyon.
