Bass-baritone Esteban Cambre leads a busy life as a singer, conductor and educator.  Upon completing his MA in Musicology, Esteban worked as a freelance chorister and soloist, singing with the Amadeus Choir of Toronto, Aradia Ensemble, Bach Consort, Elmer Iseler Singers, Musicians in Ordinary, Nathaniel Dett Chorale, and Toronto Consort. He can be heard on several recordings for EMI, CBC Records, Marquis Classics and Naxos. Esteban is Director of Strings Studies at Appleby College, where he also conducts their symphony and chamber orchestras, and is Director of Music at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Mississauga. Esteban is thrilled to be singing with Tafelmusik, joining his wife, Michele.
